AN AIRBNB owner has split opinion after complaining that her previous guests took all of the hidden supplies in the property.
Anna Pearce, who has a number of Airbnb properties, asked people what to do on her TikTok account @propertyempress.
She asked her 54k followers: "We have a moral dilemma – we have an Airbnb guest who has stayed and not particularly looked after the property very well."
She continued: "They found our welcome pack supplies – we leave a little gift basket for when guests arrive.
"They've managed to find it and they've taken everything so we have nothing to give the next guests."
She showed an image of the basket which includes bags of crisps, cookies, sweets and milk, and said they also get toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and bath salts, along with toilet paper.

She added that the guests not only took everything in the welcome basket, but found the cupboard and took 30 rolls of toilet paper, 10 bottles of toiletries and everything for the food welcome basket.
She also said that they had moved things around like the fridge and the mirror, and had smoked in the property and left tobacco everywhere.
The guests accidentally left an expensive bottle of champagne in the fridge, which she asked if she should leave for the next guests instead.
Lots of people were horrified on her behalf – someone wrote: "Honestly some people! The entitlement and cheek of it."
