GLASTONBURY FESTIVAL is off again this year thanks to Covid, but there's still a chance to recreate some of the magic at Worthy Farm.
The Eavis family have decided to open up the farm as a campsite called Worthy Pastures this summer.
For five weeks from late July through August, a range of pre-erected, unfurnished bell tents and scout tents will be available to hire from three to five days.
Prices start from £195 for a two-person scout tent for a three-night stay.
The family-friendly campsite will allow guests to enjoy the farm and some of the kids' festival structures, including the Pyramid Stage, the Stone Circle, the Kidz’ Field Pink Castle and Green Kids Cadmus Ship.
But no live music will take place and soundsystems won't be allowed, with a noise curfew of 11pm.
The festival organisers have signed up a number of their usual local food vans for the event, providing everything from toasties to Buddha bowls and burritos.
A campsite bar, coffee shop and village store will also be housed in a 'village green' area.
There will also be a range of activities weekly, like yoga and facepainting.
The description of the campsite reads: "Worthy Pastures will be set up sympathetically to reflect the rural, farming activities of the existing site, as well as capturing the essence of the Glastonbury Festival with its familiar style of signage, painted bins and décor.
"This serene, pre-erected campsite will provide a pastoral escape, featuring well-spaced tents, spread across Worthy Farm.
"Intrepid explorers are welcome to roam the farm to find the Dragon, sheltering in the shade of its pond, with the Stone Circle providing the perfect spot to watch the sun rise or set."
Showers and property lock-ups are available onsite, along with drinking water taps.
Glastonbury’s three main supported causes, Oxfam, Greenpeace and WaterAid will also have a presence.
Michael and Emily Eavis are hoping to run a small two-day music festival instead of the usual Glastonbury this September, with live music playing from 2pm until 11pm.
A license has been submitted to the local council for approval.
