$10,000 gold cross stolen from Bronx church

He needs a refresher on “thou shalt not steal.”

Police sources say a man ignored that commandment on Friday — and stole a $10,000 gold cross from a Bronx church.

The unidentified suspect walked into St. Barnabas Roman Catholic Church in Woodlawn Heights at around 8 a.m. and brazenly took the 16 inch gold crucifix, according to the sources.

There were no witnesses to the crime or clear security images of the sinner, the sources said.

The NYPD is investigating.
