A young boy was fatally struck by a car in Brooklyn Wednesday morning, cops said.
The child, who police said was between 6 and 7 years old, was struck by a driver at South 5th and Hooper streets in Williamsburg just after 8:30 a.m., police said.
He was pronounced dead on scene.
No information was immediately released about the driver, and the child’s identity was not yet available.
