Two men slashed an acquaintance in broad daylight when an argument about money turned violent in the Bronx this week, new video shows.
The 61-year-old victim got into a spat over money with two men whom he knew from the neighborhood around 9:40 a.m. Monday at the corner of Valentine Avenue and East 204th Street in Jerome Park, cops said.
At one point during the dispute, the pair attacked the man as he tried to walk into a store, the clip released early Wednesday shows.
The duo slashed the man on the back of his head and torso with an unknown object, before taking off in a black Honda Civic heading west on East 204th Street, authorities said.
The victim was taken to Jacobi Medical Center for treatment, and has since been treated and released.
Police are looking for the suspects — one of whom had long black hair in dreads, with a slim build, and was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, red pants and gray sneakers.
The other had a slim build and was last seen wearing a black baseball hat, a white T-shirt, gray pants and black sneakers.
