Candace Owens says Democrats 'starting to sound like ISIS' and won't make Trump supporters 'magically disappear in fear'

CANDACE Owens took to social media on Sunday to say Democrats have "starting to sound like ISIS" and won't make supporters of President Donald Trump "magically disappear in fear."

The right-wing commentator tweeted on Saturday night in response to Former CIA Director John O. Brennan's post about people looking to receive national redemption.

Owens, a 31-year-old conservative author, wrote: "Who the actual hell do these Democrats think they are?

"NO ONE IS ASKING YOU PSYCHOPATHS FOR REDEMPTION. We supported him then— we support him now.

"MAKE. AMERICA. GREAT. AGAIN. Take your brown-shirt approach to China."

Her tweet followed Brennan's post, which read: "Anyone now seeking national redemption by claiming to no longer support Trump must acknowledge how wrong it was to ignore & enable his corrupt, dishonest, & divisive agenda.

"Total denunciation of a despot’s legacy is necessary to eradicate any remaining malignancy."

A few minutes after Owens' first tweet, she followed up by likening Dems to a terrorist group widely referred to as Islamic State.

Owens wrote: "Democrats are literally beginning to sound like ISIS.

"'Recite the Quran or get your head chopped off, now!'

"Absolutely psychopathic. You will not make President Trump and his 75 million voters magically disappear or cower in fear."

Her tweets come days after hundreds of Trump supporters forced their way into the Capitol building in an attempt to stop the certification of Biden's election win.

A few days ago, Owens told left-wing critics that she "stands with every patriot in this country" and doesn't regret her support for Donald Trump.

Owens wrote to Twitter on Thursday night: "Just a quick tweet to remind all of you leftists that I have zero shame about having supported @realDonaldTrump for the last 4 years and I stand unapologetically with every patriot in this country.

"Your smears have and will continue to inspire me. I will never be silenced."

Wednesday's unrest followed Trump's speech to supporters at a rally in Washington, DC.

"We're going to walk down to the Capitol," the president said. "And we're gonna cheer on our brave senators and congressmen and women.

Trump added: "And we're probably not going to be cheering, so much for some of them, because you'll never take back our country with weakness, you have to show strength and you have to be strong."

Meanwhile, Nancy Pelosi said on Sunday the House of Representatives "will proceed" with the articles of impeachment against President in the wake of the Capitol Hill riots.

And a Pro-Trump group is urging protesters to attend another march on the Capitol this week – and to "come armed at personal discretion."
