Toys are boring! Cheeky baby makes a beeline for ‘forbidden’ objects every time his family hide them among his playthings

  • Footage shows baby Lenny being placed in front of variety of toys and objects
  • He is then allowed to crawl over and choose the one he wants to play with
  • But each time the youngster makes a beeline for ‘forbidden items’ such as a mobile phone, a rolling pin and an adult’s shoe
  • His mum Clare Scott says Lenny ‘always wants what he can’t have’
  • Footage was filmed at his family’s home in Gorleston-on-Sea in Norfolk

This is the moment a cheeky baby boy consistently shuns his own toys in favour of items he knows he ‘can’t have’.

Adorable footage shows young Lenny being challenged to pick from a line of objects.

But every time he is given the choice between his favourite toys and a ‘forbidden’ item he chooses the latter – which range from a rolling pin to a mobile phone, and even a woman’s shoe.

This footage was filmed at Lenny’s family’s home in Gorleston-on-Sea in Norfolk.

Adorable footage shows young Lenny, from Gorleston-on-Sea, Norfolk, being challenged to pick from a line of objects and constantly making a beeline for the one ‘forbidden’ object

In the video, Lenny is placed at one end of the room in front of a line of objects.

The selection is made up of his favourite toys, with one random item place somewhere in the line up.

He is then set free to crawl over to them to see which one he will choose to play with.

‘My cheeky chappy always wants what he can’t have,’ said Lenny’s mum, Clare Scott

But time and again the baby rejects his colourful playthings and picks up a mobile phone, a rolling pin or an adult’s shoe.

‘My cheeky chappy always wants what he can’t have,’ said Lenny’s mum, Clare Scott.

The funny footage was filmed on August 15.
