HOLLY Willoughby has issued a stark warning to “paper doll” celebrities who all look alike.

In the This Morning presenter’s new book she warns that excessive surgery is turning people into a “monstrous kind of creation”.

Holly writes in her memoir Reflections: "If you can’t love your wonky teeth, if you can’t love your nose that may not be a perfect kind of little tiny button nose that someone’s had surgically reduced, if you can’t embrace your individuality and those bits of you, how can you embrace that in other people?

“All you’re going to do is feed into this monstrous kind of creation of this kind of paper-doll society of everybody coming out looking the same way.”

Thanks to filters and filler, hair styles and smiles, celebrities are morphing into carbon copies of one another – we take a look.

Billie Faiers

Mummy Diaries star Billie claims she and sister Sam have never gone under the needle.

Speaking on her show last year, the 31-year-old said: "We've never had Botox, we've always looked after our skin.”

The mum of two says she wears suncream everyday and ditched wearing as much make up in lockdown.

Lauren Goodger

TOWIE star Lauren, 35, admitted to having filler and botox – but has scaled back her tweakments after she said she ended up looking like Jim Carrey in The Mask.

She said in 2019: "I need them bad. I have it done once or twice a year.

"I had the filler in my jaw. At first I thought: 'Wow!' But when I got papped – I'm not joking – I looked like The Mask.

"Five days later I got it dissolved. I'd never get filler in my face again."

Chloe Ferry

Geordie Shore star Chloe admits to spending more than £50,000 on plastic surgery.

The 26-year-old has had a nose job, boob jobs, a bum lift and filler but now has promised to ditch more surgical enhancements.

She told Closer: “I’m in a new chapter of my life. I want to be taken more seriously.”

Belle Hassan

Love Island 2019 contestant Belle, 23, denies having lip filler and says she gets her pout naturally with lip liner.

The former make up artist said: “The thing I always get asked about the most are my lips. What I do to my lips.”

This year Belle was criticised for sharing Instagram pages of plastic surgeons and lip fillers.

Mary Bedford

Blonde Love Island contestant Mary, 22, confesses to having lip filler, a boob job and has had a botox brow lift procedure.

She had her boobs done before entering the villa and since has had invisalign braces.

She said: "If you’ve got an insecurity you’re best off getting it fixed, there’s no point going through life insecure."

Shaughna Phillips

Shaughna – who was on the winter series of Love Island in 2020 – is open about having a boob lift and lip injections.

The 27-year-old paid privately to have two litres of fat drained from her legs after developing medical condition lipoedema.

She said: “It's scary to think that had I not found out about my condition, and intervened when I did, I would've just been getting progressively worse.”

Molly Mae Hague

Influencer Molly Mae, 22, started getting lip filler when she was just 17 – a move she now describes as “ridiculous”.

She has spent £5.8k dissolving and reversing the effects of filler in her jaw and lips and having her teeth done.

She said: "I was doing a club appearance and took a selfie. I remember staring at it and thinking 'I don't know what I've done to my face’.”

Arabella Chi

Love Island’s Arabella Chi, 28, is another star who says she’s had her filler dissolved.

She had her lips replaced with a “natural chemical” by a Harley Street doctor in April.

She said: “I’m so happy with my new natural lip filler.”

Megan Barton Hanson

Sex positive Love Island star Megan admits to having a boob job, her ears pinned back and a nose job.

But since finding fame the 27-year-old says she has only had a few injections.

She told the Daily Mail: “To be honest, all I get these days is Botox – I haven't had my lips done since a year before the villa.”

Olivia Bowen

Olivia says she has sworn off filler since the jabs left her face “scarred”.

She has also denied having a boob job after fans asked if she would recommend her surgeon.

The 27-year-old said: “I haven't had breast implants. I get frequent messages asking where I've had them done but I don't have experience in that department.”

Katie Price

Katie, 43, is known for having extensive plastic surgery but she says she also tweaks her looks with online filter apps.

"I've just done a subject talking about young girls with filters and I said, 'Well I do use filters,'" Katie said in a video on her YouTube Channel.

"I do use a bit of face tune."

Ellie Brown

Ellie had a nose job, as well as lip and cheek filler before she went on Love Island in 2018.

The 23-year-old spent more than £9,000 on her whopping transformation. She said: "Everybody always asks if I’ve had my teeth done. They’re all real.

"I’m proud of them. Luckily I haven’t had to fork out any veneer money."
