Harry 'risks looking like a traitor' and Charles is 'top of his list to smash'

PRINCE Harry risks "looking like a traitor" and Charles is "top of his list to smash", a royal expert has claimed.

Royal commentator Angela Levin spoke out after the Duke of Sussex revealed he is writing a tell-all royal memoir.

Senior royals were blindsided by the news Harry had been writing the sensational book in secret.

The bombshell book is set to send shockwaves through the Royal Family, with experts questioning Harry's decision.

Royal commentator Angela Levin told GMB: "If it's going to be intimate, as he says, I fear he risks looking like a traitor to the Royal Family.

"I think he is going to smash again. I don't know why. Does he want to destroy his family?

It comes as:

  • Harry blindsided the Royal Family by secretly writing the tell-all memoir
  • The duke told his family "moments" before the book was announced
  • Piers Morgan blasted the memoir, saying Harry 'hasn't stopped yapping'
  • Harry vowed to be "wholly truthful" in the upcoming memoir
  • The duke has sparked a "tsunami of fear" in the Royal Family

"Does he feel so revengeful that he has to take yet another knock after Oprah and Finding Freedom?

"I don't quite get it, why he doesn't want to move on and enjoy his life."

"Why is he so negative about his past? He can't leave it alone. He's like a a cat, a dog, tearing at something to destroy it."

She added: "“I think his father [Prince Charles] is at the top of the list to smash, yet again.”

It's believed the book will look at Harry's relationship with Meghan Markle, 39, Megxit and raising their children, Lilibet and Archie.

It is not known if he had warned the Queen before last night – with claims dad Charles was surprised by the news.

Harry has reportedly been working on the book for about a year – with a manuscript originally due to be handed in to publishers next month.

It was pushed back until October, but the first draft is "almost completely written", according to Page Six.

The publisher, Penguin Random House, said it was an “honest” and “intimate” autobiography – sparking fears of more revelations after his Oprah interview with Meghan accused the Royal Family of racism.

Last night there were howls of derision from critics after biographer Omid Scobie tweeted that Prince Harry was “ready to tell his story”.

Piers Morgan, using crying laughing emojis, replied: “Ready to tell his story? Prince Privacy hasn’t stopped yapping, whining & trashing his family all bloody year.”

Royal biographer Ingrid Seward added: “I find it extraordinary that Harry feels the need to do this.”
