He began trending on social media recently after sharing his workout routine and for oddly learning he was eye candy for plenty of people.

Showing off his perky glutes, Meloni just learned what the word "zaddy" was and was living in the moment.

Well, his behind was.

"My ass is," Meloni told Men's Health, with which he starred in the workout tips video.

"The aspect of age comes into play as far as the cover of [this magazine] and how I feel about it," he continued.

What is Meloni's workout routine?

"Zaddy" Meloni shared his workout routine with the magazine, but not before spilling that he was on hour 12 of an intermittent fasting diet.

In 80 minutes, Meloni manages to do 25 pullups, some serious reps of box jumps, something called "the saw" which was not explained, but the writer wrote is "as unpleasant as it sounds"

Meloni tops off his workout with an egg-white omelet with cheese.

Meloni explained that although he can do the set at his ripe age of 60, "you have trauma and your tissue doesn’t go back to normal."

"Then you have a scar, so you don’t have the flexibility of the tissue to move. The pliability of it is compromised. So I’m compromised. I feel my compromisation."
