AN EX-Baywatch star branded "Delta Karen" after reportedly attacking an old man on a plane for not wearing a mask previously threatened to kill her own mom, court documents claim.
Former Playboy model Patricia Cornwall was arrested for allegedly punching an 80-year-old man in the face after getting into a fight with him over masks on a flight from Tampa to Atlanta on December 23.
Since her arrest, news about Cornwall's other brushes with the law have come to light as it was revealed she was busted just last month for crashing while DUI before allegedly trying to attack cops at the scene.
In another incident, the 51-year-old – who once appeared in Playboy – reportedly threatened to kill her own mother and step-father.
Court documents obtained by The Sun show her stepfather Robert Spoeri claimed that Cornwall had attacked both him and her mom, Yolanda Spoeri, in July 2020.
He was filing for a Civil Harassment Restraining Order and also alleged that Cornwall claimed she was the real mom of the couple's 14-year-old twins.
In the filing, Spoeri claims: "Patricia kicked me, punched me, threatened to kill me, jumped on me, pulled my hair very hard, pounded my head into the floor … because I would not divulge where her mother was hiding.
"The real goal was to do far greater injury to her mother."

The filing also alleges that the former model said "she would kill [her] mother" and stepfather.
According to court documents obtained by The Sun, the application for a restraining order was dropped the next month when neither party appeared in court.
Cornwall was also booked in November for DUI after she allegedly crashed her car into a tree in Florida, TMZ reported.
The outlet also reported that she attempted to attack responding officers who were trying to apprehend her, =according to law enforcement.
In her latest arrest, officers took her in after she allegedly struck an elderly man on board a Delta flight.
The altercation, which was captured on video, appeared to be over face coverings as Cornwall was seen getting in the man's face and shouting at him to wear a mask.
He said that his was off because he was eating.
The man repeatedly referred to the former model – who also had her mask pulled below her chin during the exchange – as "Karen" as she yelled at him, leading her to become dubbed as "Delta Karen".
"Karen" is a shorthand social media term that's used to describe middle-aged white women that act “entitled and inappropriately” in social situations.
Cornwall was apprehended at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and taken into custody by the FBI after landing.
She was later released on a $20,000 bond.
