A CRAZED gunman who slaughtered five people including a child in a bloody rampage has been revealed as a "virgin incel loner".
Jake Davison, 22, moans about how he is "getting uglier" each year and said he was "defeated by life" in chilling YouTube videos.
The crane operator shot himself dead yesterday after gunning down a woman, believed to be his mum, in Plymouth.
Davison also killed a three-year-old girl, a second woman and a male bystander during the horror.
His YouTube page has revealed the mass-murderer as a rambling gun nut who follows the "Incel" movement.
He likes Incel TV – an online support group for "involuntary celibates" that is linked to male supremacy and misogyny.
Incels believe they have no possibility of finding a partner to get love, validation or acceptance from.

PLYMOUTH GUNMAN JAKE DAVISON PUT ON POLICE WANTED LIST LAST YEAR AFTER PUNCHING BOY, 16
The bodybuilder, 22, punched a terrified boy, 16, at a skate park a mile from where he shot five people on Thursday.
Cops released CCTV footage showing hulking Davison after the cowardly attack last September.
Caroline Reilly, 38, a friend of the boy’s mum, said Davison punched the lad who was with his brother. Davison also spat at, and hit a girl who tried to intervene, and said to her: “I f***ing hate women.”
Caroline said: “They were in the park, skateboarding. He just walked up to them and started punching one, kicking him in the head.
“A girl tried to intervene to say, ‘What the hell are you doing?’ and he spat in her face and said, ‘You can go to hell’."

PLYMOUTH GUNMAN JAKE DAVISON’S ONLINE ACTIVITY WASN’T CHECKED BEFORE POLICE GAVE BACK GUN
Devon and Cornwall chief constable Shaun Sawyer admitted his force feared invading the 22-year-old’s privacy.
He said: “We take and return firearms on a not irregular basis when people have emotional crises or we receive reports from family members, then they can be returned.
“What we don’t do, because firearms licencing is a lawful thing, is trawl the internet looking at people’s lives. That’s an invasion of privacy.”
Davison’s pump action shotgun was handed back last month.
He shot dead five people, including his mother and three-year-old Sophie Martyn, and injured two others in Plymouth, Devon, on Thursday before killing himself.

PLYMOUTH GUNMAN JAKE DAVISON’S RAMPAGE WAS INSPIRED BY VIOLENT 2019 FILM JOKER
In a rant from his “Professor Waffle” YouTube channel, he told how he identified “too well” with Joaquin Phoenix’s psycho clown.
The post was unearthed by a follower before the account was deleted.
Alongside a TikTok clip of Phoenix’s Arthur Fleck dancing after a murder, Davison rambled: “I know this feeling too well, being a government council estate with a car, walking until my shoes had holes, no friends, no social group, and coming home to a vile horrible mother every night.
“I know what it’s like to have no job at all for a long period with our only escape being a computer for years on end.
The apprentice crane operator added: “At least I got an OK job and have some decent money now but the scars remain.”
The post is marked “two weeks ago” alongside a picture of Davison.

YOUTUBE CONFIRMS IT HAS TAKEN DOWN ACCOUNT BELONGING TO JAKE DAVISON
YouTube has confirmed an account belonging to Plymouth shooting suspect Jake Davison has been terminated from the platform, for violating its offline behaviour policy.
The Google-owned video sharing site said it works quickly to remove videos that breach its policies once flagged.
YouTube rules prohibit content that incites violence, including encouraging others to go to a particular place to commit violence or to perform violence at a particular time, the firm said.

CCTV APPEARS TO SHOW PLYMOUTH SHOOTER JAKE DAVISON WIELDING SHOTGUN SECONDS BEFORE KILLING FIFTH RAMPAGE VICTIM
Footage seems to show the twisted gunman holding a large gun in the middle of his grim rampage in Plymouth.
The figure, believed to be Jake Davison, calmly crosses the road as a car passes and holds the 3ft long shotgun by his side.
The CCTV, from ITV News, appears to show the coldblooded killer after he had already killed four of his victims.
He then walks in the direction of a hair salon, which is where he shot his fifth victim Kate Shepherd, 66, before turning the gun on himself.
Davison, 22, shot his own mum before randomly killing four other people and then turned the gun on himself in a grim gun rampage in Plymouth.
KEYHAM RESIDENT THOUGHT GUNSHOTS WERE 'FIREWORKS'
A Keyham resident who lives near the scene of the shooting said on Saturday she initially thought the gunshots were fireworks.
Melanie Fletcher, 52, who works in a local supermarket, told the PA news agency: "My back garden backs onto the field, so I saw the four helicopters land, and then a fifth one hovering.
"We heard the shots but me and my husband are from London and it's so quiet here that first of all we thought it was a car backfiring. After the third, fourth shot, my husband thought maybe it was fireworks, you know. But as we were cleaning our car, armed police came by and said go in and shut your door.
"It's very quiet around here – we've only been here 18 months and from what I can gather, it's a very close community, and everybody knows everybody. So, it was quite shocking."
On people laying flowers in the local park, she added: "It just touches your heart, you know, sort of faith in humanity. But it's still shocking."

TRIBUTES TO GIRL, 3, AND BRAVE DAD (CONTINUED…)
Friends, family and neighbours have paid their respects to father Lee Martyn and his daughter Sophie.
One neighbour said: “It’s so awful. They were a perfect family. The sort you see in adverts.
“I can’t believe this has happened. Sophie was just the sweetest, cutest little girl. So, so lovely.
“This is absolutely devastating. Davison destroyed something so beautiful when he killed Lee and Sophie.”

FORMER PROSECUTOR SAYS PLYMOUTH GUNMAN ‘SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON WATCHLIST’
Plymouth gunman Jake Davison should have been on a police watchlist before he killed five people and himself in a shooting spree, a former top prosecutor said.
Nazir Afzal, who was previously chief crown prosecutor for the North West said Davison, 22, was “exactly the type of person the authorities should be keeping an eye on”.
Davison killed his mother on Thursday in the Keyham area of Plymouth before going on to shoot dead four more people, including a three-year-old girl, and injure two others.
An investigation has since been launched by the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) into Davison’s possession of a shotgun and a firearms licence, which were returned to him in July after being removed last December following an allegation of assault against him in September 2020.
When asked on BBC Breakfast on Saturday if Davison should have been on a watchlist, Mr Afzal said: “Yes, absolutely, particularly given that he had a firearms licence and given that we now learn in December it was taken off him temporarily because of allegations he was facing and returned to him. He was exactly the kind of person that you would be keeping an eye on or the authorities should be keeping an eye on.”

TRIBUTES TO ‘SWEETEST’ GIRL, 3, AND HERO DAD WHO DIED PROTECTING HER FROM LONER INCEL JAKE DAVISON’S GUN RAMPAGE
TRIBUTES have been paid to the “sweetest” three-year-old girl and her hero dad who died trying to protect her.
Lee Martyn, 43, bravely shielded his daughter Sophie as loner Jake Davison carried out his six-minute shooting spree on August 12.
The pair were among five victims killed by the 22-year-old gunman — including his own mother Maxine.
Witnesses watched Lee frantically put his arm around Sophie as Davison fired at them in the street in Keyham, Plymouth.
One said: “Lee did everything he could to protect Sophie.”

EXTREME MISOGYNY AND INCELS A THREAT TO WOMEN AND COMMUNITIES, PROSECUTOR WARNS
Extreme misogyny and the so-called “incel” community is a threat to women, and the men involved must be identified, a former chief prosecutor has warned.
Social media use by gunman Jake Davison, who killed five people in Plymouth before turning the weapon on himself, showed he appeared to have an interest in the “involuntary celibate” culture.
The misogynistic ideology has amassed a following online among some men who feel they are being oppressed by women due to a perceived lack of sexual interest.
It has prompted a discussion over whether or not incel violence should be treated as a hate crime, with experts disagreeing on the way forward. Former chief crown prosecutor for the North West Nazir Afzal told BBC Breakfast on Saturday there were 10,000 people with incel views like Davison in the country.
He said: “How many of them, a small minority, are a threat? We have to recognise that we have a responsibility to identify them and share that information.”

LABOUR LEADER SAYS THERE MAY BE NEED FOR GUN LICENCE REVIEW FOLLOWING PLYMOUTH SHOOTING
Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer has said there may need to be a review of gun licensing laws following the Plymouth shootings.
The Labour leader welcomed the launch of the investigation into how the gunman Jake Davison had his gun licence returned after it was previously removed, but said the case raised wider issues.
“I think there are wider questions. How on earth did he get a gun licence in the first place? What back-up checks were done?” Sir Keir said in a pooled clip for broadcasters.
“I am glad there is the investigation already into why the licence was returned.
“I do think there are wider questions here and that could involve a review of the gun licensing laws because there are other questions here that urgently need to be addressed.”

HE ‘SHOT VICTIMS AT CLOSE-RANGE’
Shocked witnesses said Jake Davison, 22, left his family home before shooting dead five people, including a young girl in Plymouth last night.
The crane operator shot himself dead yesterday after gunning down a his mum Maxine, 51.
Davison also killed three-year-old Sophie Martyn, and her father Lee, 43, mum Kate Shepherd, 66, second woman and Stephen Washington, 59, – believed to have been walking his dogs – during the horror.
One neighbour said they saw Davison shoot the toddler and her parent at close range, and hovered over their bodies after killing them, shortly after 6pm.

DOG WALKER’S HEARTBROKEN HUSKIES RACED BACK HOME TO ALERT FAMILY AFTER PLYMOUTH GUNMAN SHOT OWNER DEAD
Stephen Washington was killed during Jake Davison's grim shotgun rampage as he walked his two dogs in Plymouth.
The 59-year-old was Davison's fifth and final victim before he turned the weapon on himself.
The huskies – understood to be called Storm and Drift – are said to have rushed to raise the alarm.
Mike Moore, who lives nearby, told MailOnline: "Both the dogs ran back to Stephen’s home and that’s when the family became concerned.
"Stephen was well known around here because he was always out with his beautiful dogs.
"He wasn't friends with Jake and there’s nothing connecting them so we think it was completely random."

INSIDE SINISTER INCEL DEATH CULT WHERE JAKE DAVISON SHARED HIS WARPED VIEWS
Security sources last night said Incel, an “involuntary celibate” movement which influenced Davison, was a growing threat in Britain.
The movement, with male supremacy beliefs, has been associated with at least six mass shootings and the murder of 46 people in the United States.
And while the Plymouth atrocity is not being treated as terror- related, Scotland Yard’s counter terrorism command and MI5 have flagged up the threat from Incels here in the UK.
There had already been two cases of followers who were thwarted by police in Britain.
Followers target women and attractive men — termed “Stacys” and “Chads” — as the source of their inability to find partners.
The movement even includes merchandise with the logo Incel Inside in a mock-up of the Intel computer chip stickers.

DAVISON ONLINE ACTIVITY
Davison also has a dark YouTube page where he rambles about his failed love life and follows countless pro-gun accounts.
Just two days ago, he added a clip to his ‘liked’ videos of a M1 Garand semi-automatic rifle being shot.
Davison also likes Incel TV – an online support group for “involuntary celibates” that is linked to male supremacy and misogyny.
The movement has been labelled a “hate” group with many followers accused of believing they are owed sex by women.
It was linked to the killing of ten people in Canada in 2018 after Alek Minassian posted a Facebook message showing his support for Incels before ploughing a van into crowds.

FLORAL TRIBUTES LEFT NEAR LOCAL LIDL SUPERMARKET
Around 70 floral tributes have been left outside a Lidl supermarket close to where the shootings happened in Keyham.
Green heart-shaped balloons bearing the names of the five victims – Maxine Davison, Lee Martyn, Sophie Martyn, Kate Shepherd and Stephen Washington – have been tied to a nearby railing.
Mourners have also left teddy bears and candles among the bouquets, some of which have been left by civic leaders.
Lord Mayor of Plymouth councillor Terri Beer wrote: “My deepest sympathy goes out to the families, friends and loved ones of those from our community who have been lost, injured and touched by this tragic event.”

FIRST ACTIVE SHOOTER IN 11 YEARS
The Plymouth rampage was the first time an active shooter has been on the loose in the UK since Derrick Bird’s killing spree in west Cumbria on June 2, 2010.
Twelve people died including the gunman, his twin brother David and the family’s solicitor.
After first murdering his brother and a colleague, the 52-year-old taxi driver drove through rural west Cumbria and fired at random people on country roads and in villages before finally killing himself.
Bird was said to have argued with colleagues on the taxi rank the night before and told one: “You won’t see me again.”
Eleven victims survived the shooting but some ended up with life-changing injuries.
The horror left a lasting mark on the victims’ families and friends as well as those who witnessed the rampage.

WITNESS RECALLS SEEING HERO DAD AND DAUGHTER BEING SHOT
Witness John Partridge, 70, who lives on Biddick Drive — the cul-de-sac in which the rampage began — told The Sun: “I heard two shots, like loud fireworks, they went ‘bang, bang’.
“I went to my kitchen window and saw a little girl and a man running into the road.
“He shot at them from about 12ft away. The man was trying to protect the child and had an arm over her. I was frozen to the spot, it was terrifying.”
Mr Partridge said he called police before Davison glared at him through the window.
He added: “I just ducked and he moved on down the street. After he had walked on, my wife wanted to help the girl and the man but I pulled her back out of the door. I was worried she would be shot too.”
