Rowdy revelers were caught on video beating up a hot dog vendor late Sunday night — as all hell broke loose at Washington Square Park, police said.

The chaos at the Greenwich Village greenspace resulted in the arrests of eight people, including a woman charged with biting an NYPD lieutenant, cops said Monday morning.

But no busts were made in the alleged beatdown of the 65-year-old vendor, who was attacked at Fifth Avenue and Washington Square North just before 11 p.m., according to police.

Disturbing video shows several people surrounding the man, in a bright yellow shirt, with one pummeling him in the face and knocking him down. The attacker can be seen clocking him again as he tries to get away.

The vendor was left with a bloodied face and taken to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition for cuts on his head, authorities said.

Police said the brawl broke out over prices of items — but a videographer who captured the beatdown said it happened after cart workers hurled an anti-gay slur.

Earlier in the night, clashes broke out at the famed park between a swarm of Pride Parade partiers and cops, who deployed pepper spray on the unruly crowd at around 7:15 p.m.

Eight people were arrested, including Emily Hagan, 23, of Kips Bay, who allegedly bit a lieutenant in the fracas.

She and another woman, Joanis Arthuer, 20, were busted around 8 p.m. for allegedly chucking water bottles at cops near the park at East 8th Street and Fifth Avenue, police said Monday.

Hagan was charged with three counts of assault, resisting arrests, obstructing governmental administration and criminal possession of a weapon, cops said.

Arthuer, who is homeless, was charged with two counts of assault, obstruction of governmental administration and criminal possession of a weapon, cops said.

Two men from Staten Island were also arrested and released on desk appearance tickets for allegedly intervening as cops tried to arrest the women.

Dan Alvin, 29, who allegedly slapped a lieutenant’s hands and arms, was charged with resisting arrest, obstruction of governmental administration and disorderly conduct, cops said.

Jaquan Brooks, 30, who allegedly shoved police officers, was charged with obstruction of governmental administration and harassment, cops said.

Meanwhile, red graffiti with the message, “White ppl are cancelled” was also discovered on the ground in the park, cops said.

The park was in a state of disarray on Monday morning — with water bottles, liquor bottles, wrappers and other debris strewn around the iconic fountain, and near people sitting on benches.

As the weather has heated up, revelers have congregated at the famous 10-acre park weekend after weekend — with some nights devolving into violence — despite pleas from fed-up residents for the madness to end.

The city in early June implemented a 10 p.m. curfew in the park but it was lifted soon after on June 12 and pushed back to its normal midnight closing time.
