The Age collects 35 nominations for Melbourne Press Club’s Quill Awards

The Age has collected 35 nominations ahead of this year’s Melbourne Press Club Quill Awards, including two nominations for the prestigious Graham Perkin Australian Journalist of the Year.

The Age was nominated across a wide range of journalistic fields, including news and feature reporting, artwork, cartoons, photography, podcasting and innovation. Nick McKenzie was one of four entrants shortlisted for the Perkin award for his investigative reporting on crime and corruption, in addition to colleagues Jacqueline Maley and Kate McClymont for their expose on former High Court judge Dyson Heydon.
