A psychic has warned of the curse surrounding the wreck of the Titanic after a tourist submarine searching for the wreckage went missing.
Claims of a “curse” come after a commercial submarine Titan, operated by OceanGate, vanished as it descended some 2.4 miles down to the wreck of the ship to explore.
Speaking to the Daily Star, the medium Crag Hamilton-Parker, who is often referred to as the Prophet of Doom, said: "The Titanic, a legendary ship of tragic history, continues to captivate the minds of many.

The psychic, who rose to notoriety after allegedly foreseeing the election of Donald Trump and Brexit, continued: "Whispers of curses and eerie coincidences have surrounded this ill-fated vessel, leading some to wonder if it carries a deeper meaning, perhaps even a curse specifically targeted at the rich and privileged.
"Could it be that the curse has been reawoken by exploring this grave?"
He explained: "At the time of the sinking, there were stories that the Titanic was carrying an Egyptian Royal Mummy and that this may have cursed the vessel. However, it is important to approach these stories with a discerning mind.
"While the idea of a mummy’s curse may capture our imagination, the evidence for this is weak.
“There are also many eerie stories of people who cancelled their tickets for the maiden voyage fearing the vessel would sink as well as well reported cased of dream premonitions about the Titanic’s tragic fate.
“From the start, the Titanic has attracted so many tragedies”.
Then, chillingly, he added: “My grandmother was a little girl living in Southampton at the time of the sinking of the Titanic.
“She told me how one of the few survivors was a lodger in their house. His guilt at surviving the tragedy so plagued him that he eventually hanged himself in their back room.
“My grandmother said that many people in Southampton at the time believed that the ship was cursed.”
According to Craig, so severe is this alleged “curse” that it even affected the shooting of legendary film, The Titanic.
The co-operator of the websitepsychics.co.uk continued: "Whispers of curses and eerie coincidences have surrounded this ill-fated vessel, extending even to the realm of film, where the production sets of Titanic-related movies were said to be beset with problems, as if under a curse.
"One notable example of the Titanic legacy carrying a curse is the filming of the 1997 movie 'Titanic' directed by James Cameron.
"During the production, numerous challenges arose, leading some to believe that a curse had permeated the project. Reports surfaced of inclement weather, delays, and even accidents on set, adding to the mystique surrounding the Titanic's ill-fated legacy.
"Strange coincidences and eerie incidents seemed to follow the film's cast and crew.
"For instance, during the movie's premiere, a woman fainted and had to be taken out on a stretcher, evoking parallels to the actual events that transpired on the Titanic.
“Additionally, a few individuals who were involved in the film experienced personal tragedies shortly after its release, further fueling the notion of a film curse."
Craig, who often discusses his findings onhis YouTube channel, then applied a word of warning: "As a psychic medium, I recognise that certain events can carry an energetic residue, influencing the experiences associated with them.
"The immense tragedy and loss of life connected to the Titanic might have left an imprint that resonates with the film industry, leading to these perceived challenges and uncanny occurrences.
"However, it is important to approach these stories with a balanced perspective.
"Coincidences can occur in any project, and it is crucial to consider the multitude of factors that contribute to challenges during film production. Sometimes, the allure of a curse or supernatural influence can overshadow more mundane explanations."
