CHRISTIAN Atsu has tragically been found dead 12 days after the Turkey earthquake, his agent has confirmed.
The 31-year-old football ace had been scheduled to fly out of the country hours before the devastating 7.8-magnitude quake on February 6.
Who is Christian Atsu's twin sister Christiana Atsupie Twasam?
Christiana Atsupie Twasam is the twin sister of he former Newcastle and Chelsea player Christian Atsu.
The siblings were born on January 10, 1992 in Ada Foah – a town on the southeast coast of Ghana.
On June 25, 2015, Atsu shared a sweet snap on Instagram alongside his sister in which the pair can be seen posing for the camera.
The caption read: ''With my twin sis,'' followed by a love heart eyes emoji.

Not much else is known about Christiana.
After 12 days of desperately searching for Atsu, the news of his death was confirmed by his agent Nana Sechere, who is reported to have been in Hatay, Turkey.
The statement read: ''It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to announce to all well wishers that sadly Christian Atsu's body was recovered this morning.
"My deepest condolences go to his family and loved ones. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their prayers and support."

There were initial reports the midfielder had been rescued a day after the quake, but these turned out to be false.
Hatayspor, who Atsu signed with in September, said his body was being repatriated to Ghana.
"We will never forget you, Atsu," the club said.
"Peace be upon you, beautiful person. There are no words to describe our sadness."
Was Christian Atsu married and did he have any children?
Christian Atsu is thought to have met his wife Marie-Claire Rupio in Portugal nearly a decade ago when he was playing for Porto.
The pair later married in 2012 and welcomed three children into their lives – two sons and a daughter.
Atsu told Tv3 Sports: "I met my wife in Portugal and you can see we have a beautiful family. We've been together for nine to ten years and I just love her."
During the search for Atsu, his tearful partner spoke of how their children found out he was still missing when they heard it on the radio.

She told BBC news from Newcastle: "It was quite shocking, as you can imagine, with the club confirming that he has been found alive and taken to hospital.
"And 11 hours later, my children had to hear it from the radio saying that they still don't know where he is.''
