Blackpink Lisa's First MAC Collection Is Coming

When K-pop stars like Blackpink's Lisa and MAC link up, the result is guaranteed to be legendary. So it's no surprise that MAC x L, the first makeup collection by the cosmetics brand's global ambassador, is a hit.

"I'm so excited to reveal to you one of my biggest projects so far as global ambassador of M·A·C Cosmetics: my very own full-face makeup collection!" Lisa said in a statement. "I curated the collection myself and designed every piece after things I absolutely love. Every shade, product, name and even the packaging design represents something very special to me."

The collection is one that fans have been asking for, and of course, Lisa (nee Lalisa Manobal) has delivered.

As far as products go, there are six Powder Kiss Liquid Lipcolours, three of which are new shades created and named by Lisa: Rhythm 'N' Roses, Swoon For Blooms, and Pink Rose. And according to MAC, this product is the K-pop star's go-to for on-stage and music video looks.

There's also two shades of Brushstroke 24-Hour Liner (black and brown), Extra Dimension Skinfinish (peachy-pink highlighter), Powder Blush, and the 12-pan MAC x L Eye Shadow Palette. All of the products come in sparkly metallic packaging stamped with "MAC x L" in neon yellow. Prices range from $24 to $52.

"I chose purple and glitter as the main look to give off a modern and glamorous feel," Lisa shares. "Of course, my signature on the packaging had to be in one of my favorite colors – yellow! But instead of regular yellow, I went with a special fluoro-yellow to represent neon lights that give a cool, hip-hop and urban vibe to the collection."
