Drake Returns To No. 1 On Billboard Artist 100

Drake has reclaimed the top spot on Billboard‘s Artist 100 chart, helped by his latest album Certified Lover Boy, which also returned to No. 1 on Billboard 200 chart.

The Canadian rapper returned to No. 1 on the chart dated October 23 to become the top musical act in the U.S. for a 36th total week.

Drake’s sixth studio album Certified Lover Boy, which dropped on September 3, reclaimed the No. 1 position on the all-genre 200 chart for a fourth non-consecutive week. The album earned 94,000 equivalent album units in the U.S. in the week ending October 14, down 14%, according to MRC Data.

Certified Lover Boy spent three consecutive weeks at No. 1 after its blockbuster debut. However, it was pushed back to the No. 2 in the past two weeks, as YoungBoy Never Broke Again‘s Sincerely, Kentrell debuted at No. 1 on the October 9-dated chart, and Taylor Swift‘s Fearless (Taylor’s Version) returned to No. 1 on the October 16 chart.

Drake also has five other albums on the Billboard 200 chart, with Scorpion at No. 67, followed by Take Care at No. 88, Views at No. 105, Nothing Was the Same at No. 143 and More Life at No. 153.
