Ginnifer Goodwin Reveals She Once Offered Husband Josh Dallas Sperm to Her BFF

The former ‘Once Upon a Time’ star, who married Josh in 2014, makes the revelation when sitting down with SiriusXM’s ‘Pop Culture Spotlight with Jessica Shaw’.

AceShowbizGinnifer Goodwin proved that she will do anything for her best friends. In a recent interview, the former “Once Upon a Time” star revealed that she once offered husband Josh Dallas‘ sperm to her BFF who wanted to become a mother.

The 43-year-old mom made the revelation in the Friday, January 14 episode of SiriusXM’s “Pop Culture Spotlight with Jessica Shaw”. She first divulged, “By the way, I offered his sperm to one of my best friends who was gonna be a single mom.”

“And my husband and the best friend were the ones who were like, ‘This could lead to complications,’ ” the Memphis native further recalled. “And I was like, ‘I just feel like you need to procreate.’ “

“At a point, I was like, ‘No, but seriously, we could arrange this,’ ” she continued. ” ‘And then there would be more little Josh’s in the world.’ And like, I love that picture of [what] people needing Josh’s would be.”

Ginnifer went on to share, “The best friend and the husband were like, ‘Wow, that’s really sweet Ginny. Like what happens?’ And then they explained like all the logistics and I was like, ‘Look, there’s turkey basters.’ ” She added, “It’s not like you’re not gonna be in the kid’s life. Like you’re in my best friend’s life.”

Ginnifer and Josh tied the knot in 2014 after meeting on the set of “Once Upon a Time”. Together, the married couple shares two children, 7-year-old Oliver Finlay and 5-year-old Hugo Wilson.

Back in 2020, Josh praised his wife for being the “greatest mother that I know.” The “Manifest” actor raved, “It’s extraordinary to have your partner, who you’ve known all this time, blossom into this woman… who is so nurturing, so caring and just so cool… She’s so cool and she’s a cool mom. It’s great.”
