Glass Animals Perform ‘Heat Waves’ From Empty Amusement Park On ‘Tonight Show’

Glass Animals featured as the musical guest on “The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon” on Tuesday to deliver a powerful yet somber performance of their hit song, “Heat Waves.”

“Sometimes, all I think about is you/Late nights in the middle of June/Heat waves been faking me out/Can’t make you happier now,” croons frontman Dave Bayley in the hook of the song whilst roaming the grounds of a chillingly empty amusement park situated in Margate, England.

Aptly sharing the same name as the band’s most recent album, Dreamlands, which dropped in August of 2020, the park is lit up in festival lights and shot using multiple drones, which make for mesmerizing aerial as well as low-ground visuals.
