Judi Love has taken to her Instagram stories to document the struggles of her intense Strictly Come Dancing training sessions.

The Loose Women panellist recorded her Strictly pro partner Graziano Di Prima as he helped her put her trainers on after she was unable to due to how intense the dance training is.

She captioned the video: "Training is finished and I couldn't even out my shoes on! Thank you my sweetie @grazianodiprima."

The pair of them were giggling at the state that Judi's feet were in.

The first show of the new 2021 series kicked off on Saturday which saw all of the celebrities paired with their pro partners.

A clip showed Judi visit a theatre where she sat in the audience waiting for her partner to be revealed.

She was completely over the moon when Graziano took to the stage revealing that they would be dancing together for the series.

In a huge reveal the Loose Woman panellist pretended that her colleague Linda Robson was going to be taking part in the latest series before sensationally revealing that she'd be dancing through the weeks herself.

They then made their way onto the stage to start some training together.

During the first show all of the new couples performed a group dance together to Permission to Dance by BTS.

There were no disasters on the dance floor and the competition looks extremely close so far.
