Danielle Jonas shared a candid insight into family life in the iconic Jonas household after her sisters-in-law, Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner and former Miss World winner Priyanka Chopra, joined the family saying it’s “hard” being compared to them.
Speaking on the LadyGang podcast alongside her husband, Kevin Jonas, the 36-year-old heartbreakingly shared: “The two boys have married somebody…they’re actresses. They’re out there, everyone knows them and I feel like…I’m Danielle.”
“When I’m with the other girls I feel just less than sometimes. It’s weird.”
She added that she is working toward putting “something else to my name” in the hopes it wil make her feel “more than or like the other girls”.
Her Grammy-nominated husband quickly chimed in, sympathising with his beloved as he shared his own similar experience with his two younger brothers.

He added: “I feel that way too. Nick and Joe (have) solo careers, movies and so and so. Everyone has to find their place.”
The 35-year-old singer also pointed out that he knew she dealt with that same feeling growing up with her own two sisters, adding: “You always get compared to the people around you the most. I totally get it.”
Kevin was the first of the iconic Jonas Brothers trio to get married, tying the knot with Danielle in 2009 when he was just 22 years old.
Already a global popstar as part of the Jonas Brothers band and a widely recognised actor for his work on Disney Channel classics, many expected the rising star to find love in Hollywood, but he explained on the podcast that he and Danielle met by pure coincidence.

They had both been on holiday in the Bahamas and on his final day at the beach, Kevin spotted an “amazing girl” who unfortunately “wanted nothing to do with pasty Kevin”.
While the guitarist wasn’t able to win Danielle straight away, her sister gave him her number and he admits he got a little “cyberstalky” when he figured out exactly which flight she would be on to return home and called the moment it landed.
Danielle chuckled, adding with some retrospective: “I should’ve been very scared of you.”
15 years later and the couple are still going strong, having since welcomed two daughters – six-year-old Valentina and nine-year-old Alena.
