Amateur cook whips up a delicious oozing feta dip ideal for your Easter entertaining: ‘It is the perfect nibble’

A home cook has shared how to make her signature whipped feta dip that is perfect to make for the family this Easter long weekend. 

Sydney foodie Ayeh Manfre, better known by millions as Cooking With Ayeh, created the dip with a garnish of garlic tomatoes and paired it with crisp Lebanese bread. 

To make the dip she first placed a mix of cherry tomatoes and olives into an oven-safe dish and drizzled them in a generous amount of olive oil.

Ayeh then grated a fresh garlic clove on top of the vegetables and placed the dish into the oven for the olives and tomatoes to roast. 

She then crumbled 200 grams of feta cheese and scooped 120 grams of Greek yoghurt into a food processor and blitzed the ingredients together until smooth. 

Once the ingredients turned a smooth consistency Ayeh added in a dash of honey and olive oil, then blitzed again until creamy.

Ingredients: 

  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Olives
  • Olive oil 
  • 200g Feta cheese
  • 120g Greek yoghurt 
  • Honey 
  • Fresh parsley 
  • Lebanese bread  

Method: 

The foodie scooped her dip into a large bowl and topped it with an arrangement of the delicious roast olives and tomatoes. 

To finish she drizzled olive oil on top and sprinkled fresh parsley on top to serve with crisp Lebanese bread. 

Her simple recipe received instant love from fellow foodies who shared that they can’t wait to make it and impress their families.
