BOOTS shoppers aren't happy – a new shake-up to the store's loyalty scheme is on the way and some customers have claimed to have had their points wiped entirely.
Fans of the health and beauty giant have found out their Advantage points won't last as long from this summer, but it's not the only thing they're mad about.
But a premature "glitch" could be to blame for some shoppers finding their rewards accounts empty ahead of the change.
The massive shake-up to the loyalty scheme's terms and conditionsmeans the time you've got to use your card before you loose your points will be cut.
It's going from two years down to just one.
That doesn't mean you have to spend your points in that timeframe, but you do need to shop with Boots and scan your card.

Boots is making a BIG change to its Advantage card – and it’s good news
A change to just how long you've got to do that though comes into force from June 20.
After the date you’ll lose all your Advantage points if you haven’t used your card in over a year.
At the moment your points get wiped after two years.
But some shoppers claim to have already lost everything they had earned, and they've shared their frustrations on Twitter.

One said: "Anyone with points on their Boots card they’ve not used in a year might want to treat themselves soon…" as they alluded to the new Ts and Cs change.
Another said: "So gutted now I realise why my advantage points balance was wiped. Any chance to reinstate it Boots?"
A third said: "If Boots is removing points from customer accounts if not used for 12 months, then I hereby give Boots 12 hours notice that I won’t shop with them again after using current points."
And one other user said: "I’ve got a simple question for Boots – why are you doing this? I don’t understand why."
While another simply said: "Whyyyyyyy?"
But Boots has told The Sun that the "glitch" was only temporary and on most occasions where shoppers refreshed their accounts they found things were back to normal.
If you're having trouble seeing your points, contact Boots’ Advantage Card team on 0345 124 4545.
Around 14.7 million Boots customers have the rewards card.
It is free to sign up for and helps you get money-off all your favourite products from the store.
Advantage members earn four rewards points for every £1 they spend in-store and online.
Those points are worth 1p in terms of money you can use to spend in-store again.
So you'd need to build up around 100 points to spend £1 on Boots products again, and 1,000 points to spend a tenner.
The points blip wouldn't be the first time the store has faced similar problems though.
