Brooke Shields caught the tattoo bug.
The supermodel, 56, inked matching ladybug designs with her daughter Rowan to celebrate the 18-year-old’s high school graduation.
“A special graduation gift and memory with my girl,” Shields wrote on Instagram over the weekend, showing off pair’s tiny red tats.
“I’m so proud of you, I love you more than words can say.”
While the “Blue Lagoon” actress had her wrist tattooed, Rowan opted to add the ladybug on her inner ankle.
The mother-daughter duo posed for silly selfies together at Stefano’s Tattoo Studio in New York City, before heading outside to show off their fresh ink.
Plenty of Shields’ friends commented on the sweet moment, with actress Debra Messing writing, “WHAT A COOL MOM!” while Sharon Stone added, “U r standing So proud of you.”
“Wait! Hold on! You guys said the tattoo was going to be “We❤️ Ali”? What happened?” quipped Ali Wentworth.
Shields is no stranger to ink; she revealed on Instagram in January that she had started the removal process for a “faded” wrist tattoo.
Her tattoo tribute to Rowan comes shortly after the teen reprised one of her mom’s memorable red carpet moments, wearing Shields’ 1998 Golden Globes dress to senior prom.
“I thought it was a special night when I was nominated for a Golden Globe and wore this dress in 1998, but nothing could have prepared me to see my daughter wearing it to her prom,” the model wrote on Instagram at the time.
The star also shared clips of her daughter’s graduation on social media; Rowan performed “Photograph” by Ed Sheeran during the celebration.
In addition to Rowan, Shields and screenwriter husband Chris Henchy, 57, are also parents to a 15-year-old daughter named Grier.
