Drake’s YOLO mansion was only on the market for a couple of months, but it’s already sold. However, the rapper didn’t earn as much for the mega mansion as he was originally hoping to get for it.
In March, we reported that Drake had listed three of his California homes for a $22.2 million package deal. The Hidden Hills properties are all next-door together, forming one mega mansion. However, the listing added that should Drake not find a buyer for all three, he was willing to sell the largest one (known as his YOLO Estate) for $14.8 million.

Now, it appears the YOLO Estate has officially found a new owner. According to TMZ, the home sold for $12 million, which was almost $3 million under the asking price. The buyer’s identity has not been disclosed.
The English Tudor home features over 12,500 square feet of living space. Its features include a wine cellar, tasting room, and indoor theatre. There’s even a mechanical bull onsite.

The mansion’s outdoor amenities include an 80-foor waterslide, waterfalls, an equestrian ring, and courts for tennis, volleyball, and basketball.
The YOLO Estate attracted attention from plenty of famous faces before it eventually sold. In March, both Britney Spears and Caitlyn Jenner attended a showing for the property. Approximately 20-30 people viewed the property in one day.
The two smaller homes have also sold. Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford bought the side-by-side properties for $11 million in April. The news came after Matthew negotiated a 4-year, $160 million contract extension with the Rams.
Mathew spent $5 million on one of the properties, which features 3,600-square-foot of living space. He dropped $6 million on the second one, which has 2,400 square feet of living space.

As for Drake, he’s living large in a new Beverly Hills mansion that he purchased from Robbie Williams in an unlisted deal. It’s not clear how much Drake spent on the new pad, but estimates suggest it could be anywhere from $50-70 million.
The new mansion is even bigger that Drake’s former YOLO Estate. With 20,000 square feet, the mansion has 22 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and a host of luxury features, including a wine cellar, indoor gym, game room, and 11-car garage.
Drake also owns an even bigger mansion in Toronto, known as ‘The Embassy,’ that comes with over 50,000 square feet of living space.
