Drew Barrymore experienced her first hot flash in the middle of her talk show Monday.

“I’m so hot,” the 48-year-old actress said while taking off her blazer and fanning herself. “I think I’m having one of my first perimenopause hot flashes.”

Barrymore joked that “maybe” she was just “that excited” to be interviewing Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler on “The Drew Barrymore Show.”

“Oh, I’m so honored!” the “Friends” star, 54, said of witnessing the milestone.

As for Sandler, the actor, 56, reached out toward Barrymore and commented on his “50 First Dates” co-star’s “hot hand.”

“That’s good ’cause if it was good, that would be worrisome,” the host responded. “Well, I’m so glad I have this moment documented!”

After Barrymore posted the clip via Instagram, fans praised her for keeping it real.

“This is so important … to share,” one social media user wrote. “How beautiful!”

Another gushed, “Thank you for helping to normalize talking openly about perimenopause and menopause! 🔥🔥.”

Last week, the “Scream” star spoke to Gayle King about her menopause journey during a “CBS This Morning” interview.

“I realized that I was in perimenopause when I started having my period every two weeks,” she explained.

“One doctor also just told me this could last, in the worst case scenario, 10 years,” the “Charlie’s Angels” star continued. “And I was like, ‘I will never make it 10 years like this!’”

Barrymore also clapped back at claims that women are “old” and “done” when they reach menopause age.

“That’s not it,” she said. “Women in their 40s, 50s and 60s are looking so attractive, feeling so vibrant, living their best lives.”

The Golden Globe winner is no stranger to making candid confessions, from revealing her sobriety journey in 2021 to discussing her “better” than ever co-parenting dynamic two years later.

Barrymore shares daughters Olive, 10, and Frankie, 8, with her ex-husband Will Kopelman.

The former couple split in 2016 after three years of marriage.
