Ice cream favourite Häagen-Dazs has launched two new tropical cocktail flavours to its popular range.

The new flavours – Lime Mojito Sorbet and Pina Colada, both inspired by our favourite cocktails have come just at the right time – just as summer is approaching.

Frozen dessert fans and cocktail lovers need not worry as Haagen Dazs has got you covered. The indulgent sweet treats will be able to buy from May 23rd, exclusively at Asda, costing just £4.99 each.

The mouth-watering Lime Mojito Sorbet is the perfect summertime treat. Not only is it infused with rum that comes alongside a sweet and refreshing swirl of mint, it is also entirely vegan. We're salivating just thinking about it.

The luxury brand's Piña Colada offers a creamy coconut and sweet pineapple ice cream, accompanied by delicious swirls of pineapple rum sauce, that will certainly satisfy all cocktail lovers. Do we even need to go on holiday with all this tropical goodness?

The range comes after the successful launch of Häagen-Dazs Spirits Collection back in 2019, which featured five delicious ice cream flavours including; Irish Cream Brownie, white rum-infused Rum Tres Leches, Bourbon Vanilla Bean Truffle, Stout Chocolate Pretzel Crunch, Bourbon Praline Pecan and non-dairy Amaretto Black Cherry Almond Toffee frozen dessert.

Häagen-Dazs aren't the only ones treating customers to some delicious alcohol inspired icy treats, whilst we wait for sunnier days to hit our shores.

Fans wanting to sample other frozen desserts can head to Ocado.com, where you can find six delicious flavours – Spiced Rum, Amaretto, Limoncello, Cherry Brandy, Coffee Liqueur and Gin, from the Speakeasy range, costing £5.99 for a 500ml tub.

Fans of the classic Rum And Raisin flavour can pick up a Carte D'or Rum and Raisin Ice Cream Dessert, 1lt tub for just £1.75 (RRP £3.50). While ice lolly fans can pick up a box of 6 Cider Flavour Ice Lollies from Asda.com for as little as £1 – perfect for a hot summer's day cooler.

Other exciting alcohol and ice cream creations that are also on the market to buy are Aldi's Mochi Ice Creams which comes in three delicious flavours, including tropical, mango and coconut for a retail price of £2.99.

The supermarket was recently selling Slush Puppie Machines as part of its special buys weekend. The gadget seemed to appeal mainly to adults who were excited about mixing the fruity slush with their favourite alcoholic tipple.

More recently Marks and Spencer launched their Glitter Globe Gin Liqueur flavours Cherry Blossom and Peach and Elderflower much to the delight of their customers.
