Holly Willoughby shares recipe for her favourite cocktail on new blog Wylde Moon

Holly Willoughby has revealed her favoured festive cocktail, sharing the recipe so that fans can make their own at home.

Writing on her Wylde Moon lifestyle website, the This Morning presenter touted a Snowball as her signature tipple of the season.

Holly then followed with an ingredients list and instructions on how to make them at home.

The classic 1970s cocktail is made using Advocaat, a bright yellow Dutch liqueur, which is made from egg yolks, brandy, sugar and vanilla.

Holly’s favourite festive treat is traditionally a mix of Advocaat, lemonade and fresh lime.

The TV star has previously been pictured enjoying the drink on various skiing holidays over the years.

Holly tipped the classic cocktail via her Wylde Moon platform which launched earlier this year.

Since the launch, Holly has collaborated with luxury jewellery brand Kirstie Le Marque to help bring her fans a touch of sparkle into their lives.

The fabulous 12-piece diamond collection launched on Thursday 4 November and the luxe items are perfect for your Christmas wish list.

Taking to her Instagram to announce the launch to her 7.4million followers, the 40-year-old posted a picture of herself sporting some of the items from the range.

The stunning snap was captioned: "Today’s the day. Our first @wyldemoon collaboration, ‘Love You to the Moon & Back’, is with @kirstielemarque jewellery and is now LIVE….enjoy! Love you (to the moon and back) xxx."

Holly spared no expense when creating the dreamy jewels and this is reflected in the prices of the items.

The cheapest piece in the collection is £100 and the most expensive item – a gorgeous pair of diamond and moonstone drop earrings with moon and star studs – is worth a staggering £495.

Some fans expressed their disappointment when the prices were announced, with one commenting on Holly's post: "Sadly out of normal people's price range."

Another followed with: "Love it all, but have to agree with everyone else just way too expensive, such a shame, just not for normal people."

A third said: "Gutted to see the prices. Sadly I cannot afford anything. But all is totally stunning, love it."
