Caitlin fooled the daycare by throwing a ready-to-eat microwavable meal into a container.

‘When daycare makes you send a lunch and you aren’t allowed any packaged foods and they request warm homemade meals over winter,’ she said in the clip.

The mom vlogger captioned the video: ‘Bang some berries and a banana in.’

As she puts the food into a container, the audio that plays throughout the clip says, ‘Nobody is going to know.’

Speaking to Newsweek, the mom revealed that this was a ‘raw’ moment for her and that she tends to make her children food, however, it had been a ‘long week.’

She told the outlet: ‘Sometimes daycare requests, although well-intended, can place additional mental loads or pressures on moms so we need to find a way to work around that from time to time.’

Although she never revealed why the daycare didn’t allow pre-made foods,  according to one study, foods packaged for kids are higher in sugar and lower in nutrition.

Viewers flooded the comments with words of praise for the mom.
