A DAD makes an extra £2,000 a month with an online driving theory test side hustle – and he only needed his phone to set it up.
Chris London, a former driving instructor who lives in Nottingham, developed the business to make an extra £200 a month and have a day off from his main job.
But the side hustle quickly grew and he has made more than £300,000 since 2017.
The 39-year-old has used the extra cash to get a loft conversion, costing £48,000, and a £3,800 hot tub for the garden.
Chris started the business, called Driving Theory Workshop, in 2017 to help people pass their theory and practical driving tests.
"In the early days I'd be bottle feeding my son while uploading and creating video content for the courses," Chris told The i.

The father-of-two made £230 in the first month and by six months was turning over about £6,000 a month.
At one point, Chris was even bringing in up to £13,000 a month.
He lives with his wife, Emma, 39, and quit his job as a driving instructor in 2019 to become a social media marketing agency boss where he earns around £5,000 a month.
Chris continued: "It didn't really cost much to set up. I recorded videos on my phone and initially used a free platform called Thinkific to host it.

"I wouldn't want to give up my full-time job for my side hustle business, as I don't want to have to rely on one source of income. I'd rather have multiple income streams."
It comes after Laura Schmidt, 28, found herself at rock bottom during COVID so decided to launch a company specialising in mental health journals.
