I’m so self-conscious about it that I’ve reached the age of 31 without ever even kissing a woman, let alone having a full sexual relationship with one.
I’m a decent-looking guy, with a nice personality. Women are interested in me.
But as soon as I meet someone I like and think about asking her out, I think about my deformed penis and chicken out.
I know that any woman who sees it will either laugh or be repulsed. Should I go to see a doctor?

DEIDRE SAYS: Ask 1,000 women and you’d be lucky to find one who thinks penises are pretty.
What counts is the man and what he does with it. It’s normal to have veins on your penis, so don’t be self-conscious.
As for your inability to pull back your foreskin, you may have something called phimosis.
That can be treated with stretching exercises or circumcision. Please do see your doctor about it and visit 15square.org.uk.
