DEAR DEIDRE: I HAVE always had a problem with finishing too quickly and I am worried that if I get into a new relationship, I won’t be able to satisfy a woman enough.
I am a 36-year-old divorced man. I have struggled with this since I first started having sex in my late teens.
With my ex-wife, we always had sex in the missionary position. It was repetitive and became boring. There was never anything to keep things interesting.
I used to suggest to her that we experiment with different positions but she wasn’t keen so nothing changed.
I would really like to be able to explore other sex positions but, again, I am worried about disappointing any potential women I meet.

DEIDRE SAYS: The best sex tends to be in a long-term relationship where you can work on building passion and intimacy, discovering one another’s likes and dislikes in bed.
While coronavirus restrictions seriously limit socialising options, it is still important to focus on making new friends and give yourself the best chance of meeting that special someone.
Don’t rush to have sex – but when you do feel confident to take things to the next stage, my support pack Want To Last Longer? explains how to improve your staying power.
