I'm an Amazon Shopping Editor, and These Are 10 Things I'm Obsessed With Right Now

Over the last month, I've ordered about 30 things on Amazon. The items vary from essentials to indulgences — aka things I need and things I certainly don't. But I'll do anything in the name of helping others find products that actually work, even if it means spending a little over my monthly shopping budget. (And by that, reader, I mean I'm using you as my excuse to buy yet another batch of skincare.)

My favorite part about this month's batch of Amazon favorites is that thanks to the hoard of items I bought and was gifted, there are truly a variety of products I'm loving. Everything holds its own allure, from these simple witch hazel wipes and this surprisingly flattering pack of men's t-shirts to this fancy thickening shampoo and a $40 handbag that feels pretty luxe.

Here are the 10 things I've been using and wearing non-stop recently:

  • T.N. Dickinson's Witch Hazel Wipes, 25 Count, $6
  • Bamboo Baby Washcloths, 6 Pack, $10 (Originally $17)
  • K18 Leave-In Molecular Repair Hair Mask, $15–$70
  • FallSweet No Show High Waist Underwear, 5 Pack, $17–$20
  • Fruit of the Loom Men's Stay Tucked Crew T-Shirt, 6 Pack, $20
  • WeCare Disposable Printed Face Masks, Individually Wrapped, 50 Pack, $22
  • Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Watery Sunscreen Gel SPF 50+, $26
  • Sachajuan Thickening Shampoo, $28
  • The Drop Avalon Shopper Tote Bag, $40
  • TinyTimes Wood Framed Full Length Mirror, $140

WeCare Disposable Printed Face Masks

First and foremost, let's talk about face masks. COVID-19 guidelines are ever changing, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's latest recommendations are that both vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals should be wearing a face mask indoors.

While the news feels like a bit of a setback after the wave of hope that came after the vaccine rollout, I believe that masking up is important. I'm in the process of restocking my face mask stash, and I'm loving these cute WeCare masks that come in a variety of summer-y prints. (Flowers! Lemons! Monstera leaves! Ah!) They get me loads of compliments and they're super light and breathable, making them both fun and easy to wear.

Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Watery Sunscreen Gel

I've gotten super serious about wearing sunscreen everyday this year. I wasn't the best at it before — I'd definitely skip days, or just rely on the SPF in my tinted moisturizer, which most likely wasn't protecting my skin enough at all. I've been testing a lot of sunscreens these past few months, and this Korean beauty option from Isntree is one of my favorites. It's a chemical-based option that's benzene-free (you can see all the filters it uses here) and has star ingredients like niacinamide and hyaluronic acid, so it hydrates, brightens, and melts into the skin beautifully.

FallSweet No Show High Waist Underwear

It's become a personal quest of mine to find the best high-waisted underwear. My current go-tos are these super silky FallSweet undies, which are extremely comfortable. They're full coverage, seamless, and have a cotton gusset. I love that they sit up super high, and while they're not compressive, they do keep things smooth under clothes. They're available in a variety of colors, and I'll be stocking up on another set soon. Five stars all around.

Sachajuan Thickening Shampoo

This thickening shampoo comes from luxury Swedish haircare line Sachajuan. At $28 per 8.4-ounce bottle, it's pretty pricey, but more than worth it if you're looking for a shampoo that will make your strands look fuller. It has a beautiful herbal scent, and you don't need to use a lot to achieve voluminous results. I especially like using it when I'm air drying my hair, which is when it often looks the most limp.

K18 Leave-In Molecular Repair Hair Mask

Speaking of hair, I had the pleasure of being introduced to K18's buzzy leave-in hair mask during a haircut at Spoke & Weal in NYC. The treatment has been making rounds on social media and is often compared to Olaplex due to its hair-renewing results. Thanks to its patented bioactive peptides, the mask helps repair damage and improve elasticity in just four minutes. You don't even need conditioner when you use it (which is actually part of the instructions). It smells amazing and actually works — take it from me and InStyle's beauty editor.

Fruit of the Loom Men’s Stay Tucked Crew T-Shirt

I'd honestly say these men's tees were my best purchase last month. I ordered them on a whim because I needed something comfortable and loose. I've been dealing with folliculitis on my chest, so I need to be careful about wearing something breathable. These shirts exceeded my expectations; not only are they comfy and lightweight, but they're actually flattering and versatile. I love wearing them around the house and they look great with biker shorts, too. Not to mention, they come out to about $3 apiece. Sold.

The Drop Avalon Shopper Tote Bag

How cute is this bag? I've been searching for an under-$50 trendy little handbag à la the JW Pei bag that supermodels are carrying. I love this one from The Drop because it's really soft and roomy, and it just looks and feels so much more expensive than it is. Even a self-proclaimed "bag snob" who said they own "LV, Chanel, Fendi, Balenciaga and more" raved that it elevates any outfit and is a "stylish handbag that even collectors may enjoy."

TinyTimes Wood Framed Full Length Mirror

Finding a full-length mirror that actually looks nice and won't break the bank is way harder than I thought it would be. I spent months looking for one that didn't have a thin frame and was just the right size without costing $300. I'm so obsessed with this one from TinyTimes, which looks so good in person. The mirror itself is great — it has no distortion effects — and the curved frame is simple and elegant.

T.N. Dickinson’s Witch Hazel Wipes

I'm a firm believer that everyone should have a bottle of witch hazel in their house, just because it's such a multipurpose product. There really isn't anything it can't do — it can soothe the discomfort of various skin concerns like bug bites, acne, sunburns, and shaving irritations, and is also great for freshening up post-gym or post-beach. These witch hazel wipes have been a game changer for me because they're so easy to use and travel with.

Bamboo Baby Washcloths

These bamboo washcloths were part of a big summer-prep purchase I made last month, and I'm so glad I got them. My skin has become a lot more sensitive as of late, and I really needed to swap out my regular face towels for something super soft — enter these washcloths that are literally made for babies. My skin feels and looks so much better since I started using them, and I highly recommend making the switch yourself if your face towels aren't as soft as they should be. Your skin will thank you in the long run.
