The new series of I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! is well underway, with this year's campmates already beginning to struggle to adjust to life at Gwrych Castle.
It's no secret that celebs quickly begin to miss home and their luxuries, and those feelings are only heightened by the lack of food in the famous ITV camp.
Food plays a huge part in the I'm A Celebrity experience, from the torturous eating trials to trying to win a meal for camp, it rapidly becomes the most important thing to campmates.
However, the show's format has undergone a lot of change since relocating to Wales last year, and that includes celebs' meal times and portion sizes.

Eating times
When I'm A Celeb is set in the Australian jungle, campmates complete a Bushtucker Trial first thing in the morning and have their dinner in the evenings.
The set-up has been perfectly aligns with the time difference, with viewers voting and then Ant and Dec revealing the results at the end of the show, and the trial following shortly after.
However, last year's relocation to Wales meant that campmates now get told who is doing the trial at 10pm, which then results in the unlucky celeb having to take part in the challenge late at night.
2020 contestant AJ Pritchard revealed that those waiting to head to the castle had been pre-warned to adapt their routines beforehand.
Speaking ahead of his I'm A Celeb stint last year on his podcast, he explained: "I’ve shifted all my times. We’ve been told to go to bed about 3am and wake up about 11am, because the trials will be filmed quite late at night due to having enough time to edit and you’ll find out who left maybe 11pm."
Later trials means later meal times, as campmates don't eat dinner until after the Bushtucker Trial has been completed.
Once the trial is finished, ingredients quickly arrive for their evening meal, which then needs preparing. Celebs therefore don't eat dinner until around 1am in Gwrych Castle, and consequently don't sleep until around 2 or 3am.
Executive producer Tom Gould explained the new format last year, saying: "The trials are going to happen after the live show at night so the day has been flipped.
"The trials happen at the end of the day and whatever food they have won will be brought pretty swiftly in to camp."
Calorie intake
One change which campmates will definitely appreciate is the additional food they are given in Wales.
Due to the low temperatures, celebs are given 700 calories per day by bosses, which is an extra 100 calories compared to what they'd be given if they were in Australia.
The increase was introduced as a way of keeping stars' energy levels up as they endure the freezing conditions at Gwrych Castle.
A TV insider previously told The Sun: "The food in camp will be carefully worked out by nutritionists to make sure campmates are getting enough calories in the cold so they don’t burn through it and grind to a halt – which could be possible with the expected huge drop in temperature in Wales."
Dietary requirements
In camp, there's certain celebs each year that have specific dietary needs and viewers are usually quick to notice when they're served up a different dish to everyone else at meal times.
Last year, Corrie star Beverley Callard was open about the fact she follows a vegan diet meaning she was unable to eat any animal products, while Sir Mo Farah was served up Halal dishes in line with his religious beliefs.
Music producer Naughty Boy is also Muslim, and it was recently revealed that he is served separate dishes off-camera to ensure his dietary requirements are met.
Before entering the castle, Naughty Boy, real name Shahid Khan, spoke of his hopes of shining a light on his faith during his time on the show.
He told Metro: "I am British Pakistani Muslim and I do want to shine my light there and share my light with people, and we can get to know each other’s faiths as well. I’m looking forward to those conversations."
