Hollywood Hills compound

The 58 year old star owns five neighbouring homes in the Hollywood Hills, which are worth around £13.5 million.

It was previously reported that Johnny had plans to build underground tunnels between the properties, but it was never confirmed if he went through with the interesting plan.

Five LA penthouses

While he was married to Amber Heard, he lived in one of his five luxurious penthouses located in Los Angeles.

The couple occupied one of the properties, while members of their families and friends stayed in the other four.

Johnny first purchased the penthouses back in 2007, which are located in a historic Art Deco building. He then sold them in 2016 after splitting from actress Amber.

Photographs from TopTenRealEstateDeals show the quirky decor inside the penthouses, which are filled with colourful furnishings and stylish furniture, and there's even a rooftop pool.

Kentucky horse farm

In 1995, the actor purchased a horse farm in his home state of Kentucky for £770,000, but five years later he changed his mind and sold it.

In 2005, Johnny had another change of heart and decided to buy the horse farm again for £1.4m, as a gift to his late mother. She lived at the property up until her death in 2016.

French village

During Johnny's long-term relationship with French actress and singer Vanessa Paradis, he bought an entire village in France.

Located in the Côte d'Azur area, the village had its own restaurant and church, along with a main house and guest house, which boasted 15 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms.

The incredible place also featured two swimming pools and a wine cellar, which had a Pirates of the Caribbean theme. Johnny had his own skate park designed there too, for him and his son Jack.

However, he eventually listed the village for sale for £39.9million.

Private Bahamas island

Johnny also owns his own private island in the Bahamas, which is known as Little Halls Pond Cay.
The 45-acre island was purchased by Johnny for £3.8 million, and he and Amber held their wedding there.

Luxury yacht

Up until 2016, Johnny owned his own 150-foot yacht, which was named Vajoliroja. The name uses the first two letters of his and Vanessa's first names, as well as their two children's names, Lily-Rose and Jack.

The incredible boat allegedly cost £248,000 per month to maintain, and Johnny eventually decided to sell it. Harry Potter author JK Rowling purchased the yacht back in 2016 from the actor.
