Marnie, 28, met Casey, 26, on MTV reality show Single AF in 2017 where they were both booked as celebrities looking for love.

Casey first appeared on TV on the X Factor where he auditioned as a solo singer and was placed in the band Stereokicks who failed to land a recording contract following the show.

The singer later joined boyband Union J replacing George Shelley, however, left in 2016 after their new management said he didn’t "fit their image".

Meanwhile, Marnie shot to fame on Geordie Shore and was previously engaged to TOWIE star Ricky Rayment.

Single AF is a dating show that consists of single celebrities going on a series of dates with different people around the world.

Dating a fellow celeb is against the rules and bosses were said to be "not happy" when Casey and Marnie first made their debut as a couple a few months after the show aired.

Casey and Marnie were rumoured to be dating for a whole two months before they went public on Instagram.

Their son Rox was born in April 2019 after Marnie had previously said she was worried she would struggle to conceive after years of alcohol abuse.

The pair admitted that parenthood was a "shock to the system" and that they were struggling to adjust to life with a baby.

Marnie suffered a postpartum haemorrhage, lost two pints of blood and had to spend three nights in hospital before they could return to their Bedfordshire home.

“I couldn’t even lift my head up off the pillow, I’d lost that much blood from the haemorrhage, it was impossible for me to look after him the first night,” she continued.

Marnie said at the time that it had put her off having another child, however, didn’t want to rule it out and said "maybe in a couple of years".

Casey previously said that he "didn’t believe in marriage" so the pair wouldn’t be walking down the aisle any time soon.

However, in August 2020, Marnie announced the news they were engaged. Around this time Casey also had Marnie's name permanently inked on to his wrist.

Alongside the snap, the then new mum wrote: “And just like that I’m now a fiancée, and I’m marrying the man of my dreams, how did I get so lucky.”

Casey also shared the photo with the caption: “OMG SHE SAID YES!!!”

The couple said at the time that being parents put a strain on them as a couple and they struggled to strike a balance and make time for both.

Casey revealed in November that he has been suffering from postnatal depression following the birth of his son.

Speaking about her partner's mental health, Marnie, said: "From the outside looking in I think it was an overwhelming feeling that you got and it was all at once.

"I think the fathers are forgotten about. It's all about how the mum feels. I think it's something that's never spoken about," she explained.

Marnie seemed to confirm the pair have parted ways, taking to social media to request privacy.

The reality star took to her social media platform to share a clip of herself explaining "it's just s**t" appearing to confirm suspicions that she has split from Casey.
