Inside Married At First Sight’s Adam’s body transformation including before and after snaps

Married At First Sight’s Adam Aveling’s love story with Tayah Victoria was one of the show’s biggest success stories, with the couple now exclusively revealing to OK! that they’re expecting their first child together.

Ahead of becoming a first-time father the TV star unveiled his incredible fitness transformation, saying he has become “obsessed” with fitness and training.

Adam, 26, regularly shares before and after photos of his progress on social media in a bid to inspire others, crediting his love of fitness to becoming “ambitious and adventurous”.

Here OK! looks at Adam’s fitness transformation through the years and his journey to becoming an online coach…

Before and after

Adam revealed his incredible body transformation in 2021, admitting he has been “obsessed with fitness and training” for as long as he can remember.

The online fitness coach wrote alongside a snap of his younger self: “Sharing my own transformation!

“Sometimes it’s a great reminder what you as a person can achieve if you set your mind to it.


“Ever since I remember I’ve been obsessed with fitness and training, and I really do put training down as being the biggest reason for me being passionate, ambitious and adventurous towards life!

Bodybuilding career

Away from his job as a qualified electrician, Adam has a successful career as a fitness model and has even entered competitions as a body builder.

The reality star regularly shares snaps of himself posing on stage in competitions while showing off his toned physique to fans.


Adam later revealed that after four years of competing that he would be taking a break to focus on other fitness goals.

Support from Tayah

Adam’s other half Tayah regularly supports her beau and his fitness endeavours and seemingly couldn’t be prouder of his progress.

“I didn’t even think that someone like Adam could exist. Honestly, I never thought soulmates were real until I met Adam.

“I just feel very at peace in my life now. After the s**t I have been through in the past, I feel very blessed,” Tayah revealed to new! magazine.
