Sam Thompson andZara McDermott have given fans a glimpse inside their lavish £1 million West London home.
TheMade In Chelsea star, 30, and the Love Island contestant, 24, firstbegan renovating the property in January 2021 and have since spent their time renovating every room in the sprawling home.
As part of the ongoing project, the couple have created a dedicated Instagram account to document the work and have given fans a look inside rooms including their bedroom, dining area and living room.
But most recently, Sam and Zara have turned their attention to a very special attention to the home – Sam’s gaming den.
The pair first began designing the space back in December after Zara bought Sam a gaming PC for Christmas.
In a bid to have the room in working order in time for the festivities, the showbiz couple decorated the room with some dark blue walls, a white industrial desk and a white teddy chair.
“This room is still a work in progress. But we came so far today. I was desperate to get this room in some kind of useable order before Christmas because I wanted Sam to have his own space, somewhere he can switch off and game because I bought him a gaming PC for Christmas (yes… he’s a nerd [laughing emoji),” they wrote at the time.
But eight months on, things look very different and the couple have finally finished adding the final touches to the room.
Posting a new snap on their Instagram, Sam and Zara showed off the new design which features a bespoke desktop, a professional gaming chair as well as an additional monitor hung up on one of the walls.
To decorate the space, a white pendant lamp can be seen in one corner off the rooms as well as a shelf full of trinkets including a hanging plant.
The caption read: “The game den [gaming emojis] Sam spends a lot of time in here which meant it was important to get this space feeling beautiful, and also masculine.
“We went for this incredible desktop from @bristol_concretestudio which was created bespoke for us. It feels so luxurious, heavy duty and gives a slight industrial feel.
“With the bronze inlay it fits perfectly with our switches and sockets, and also the antique bronze on the wall panels.”
In response to the picture, fans of the couple were quick to praise the pair for the room’s redesign.
“Always need a den [clapping emoji’”, wrote one. “Nice set up dual monitor set up soon,” added another gaming fan.
The pair, who have recently sparked engagement rumours, previously opened up the doors to their home andgave fans a glimpse inside their stunning garden.
While London homes are notorious for their lack of outdoor space, the couple have made the most of the space they do have and have filled the area with a patio, lawn as well as a series of trees for privacy.
