Inside Sandra Bullock’s £5m home up for sale – including avocado farm and guesthouses

ActressSandra Bullockis something of a property mogul with homes on both the East and West Coast of the United States.

Earlier this year she purchased a condo in West Hollywood and it was out with the old and in with the new as she decided to sell her San Diego mansion.

The move comes after Sandra, 58, put her Malibu home up for rent at $30,000 per month. She also purchased a Beverly Hills home last year for $2.7 million with the intent to rent it out.

The motivations behind her move as all family based as a source toldThe Post: “She is looking for a farm closer to her sister on the East Coast.”

Her San Diego farm home is set across 91 acres and boasts four bedrooms and six bathrooms.

Sandra is selling her home for $6 million (£5m) and with that buyers get an organic avocado farm, eucalyptus trees, citrus, persimmon, olive and palm trees and a separate guest house.

This one storey home is aptly called The Farm and located in the Palomar Mountain Range north of San Diego and west of the Cleveland National Forest.

The Miss Congeniality star’s home features a courtyard with a foundation outside and despite being one storey, it is plenty spacious.

The wood floors and white wood ceilings are complemented by French doors, nine fireplaces and sprawling gardens.

While the bedrooms open out to the incredible views across San Diego and are kept cosy with the fireplaces.

Sandra’s kitchen is rustic with a state of the art range along on wall and clean, white furnishings elsewhere.

There are plenty of areas to relax in the home, and while its unknown if Sandra will sell fully furnished, her interior design skills are impeccable.

One living room is full of sleek, white furnishings and another is more rustic with tan-coloured sofas, rugs and curtains.

Outside there’s even a heated pool, ball courts and a chicken coop whilethe listingalso says the surroundings are horse friendly.

The Farm consists of three separate buildings with the main house sitting on one and an additional three bedroom home on the third.

The second lot is reserved as a home-building site and currently houses a barn with a horse corral.

The ranch features three outdoor fireplaces and an eat-in gourmet kitchen, four ensuite bedrooms with bathrooms and a saltwater pool and spa.

Sandra has expanded the ranch by adding the pool, walking paths and importing ancient olive trees with the listing said it's now reminiscent of Tuscany.

The listing agent added that “every time he’s been to The Farm that there is something so calming the minute the gates open and the wind blows through the trees”.

The actress also owns homes in Texas, New York City, New Orleans, Wyoming plus an additional $16.2 million home in Beverly Hills. She previously owned a home in Sunset Beach, California and she sold her Georgia home for $4.2 million in January.
