Looks like Jared Leto won’t be the next celebrity skincare CEO.

In a recent Men’s Health interview, the 50-year-old “Morbius” actor steered clear of revealing his secrets to wrinkle-free skin, although he shared one tactic readers just might want to avoid.

“Every morning I drink a gallon of salt water,” Leto told the magazine. “Say that in the article. And then everyone’s gonna drink a gallon of salt water in the morning, which unfortunately will make people s—t their pants.”

On a more serious note, the “House of Gucci” star said of his baby-faced looks, “I do have a good answer for that, but I probably won’t tell you. Just to keep everybody guessing. Really, honestly, at the end of the day, it doesn’t really matter.”

Adding his family genes probably had something to do with it, Leto discussed how while he appreciates being told he looks younger, it’s something people seemingly always want to discuss.

“People started talking about my age and that sort of thing ten years ago,” the Academy Award winner said. “As you get older, people start saying, ‘Ah, you’re still young.’ And then there’s this age where they go, ‘Really?’”

Leto — who will be releasing new music with his band Thirty Seconds to Mars “really momentarily” — seems to take the commentary in stride, but told Men’s Health at the end of the day, looks aren’t important.

“Maybe I’m doing something wrong—not taking advantage of it enough,” the “My So Called Life” icon said. “It just doesn’t matter. You can be 30 years old and live an amazingly exciting, interesting, fulfilling life, or you can be 60 and having a crisis.”

Whether it’s carrying a replica of his own head at the Met Gala, wearing a 1970s-inspired suit at the Critics Choice Awards or posing for a shirtless selfie, one thing that will never be a crisis is Leto’s always-interesting style.

As for the secrets to his decades of success, that’s another thing Leto’s keeping quiet about.

“If you want to achieve greatly, I can tell you how, but it may not be what you want,” the rock star said.

“I’ve worked really, really hard and I’ve achieved some goals in my life, and it’s been a beautiful thing. But there’s a price you pay for all of it.”
