La La Anthony is speaking out for the first time about her divorce from Carmelo Anthony.

The TV personality, 39, said Monday that she has “dealt with the emotions” of her breakup with the NBA player, 37, but she admitted there was a time when it was tough.

“I was bad because it was public,” she said on “The Angie Martinez Show” in her first interview about the split. “I was bad because there were other people involved. I was bad because there were allegations. It got bad.”

La La filed for divorce in June after 11 years of marriage, although she revealed the relationship was over long before that.

“To a lot of people, it feels like this single thing is new,” the “Power” star told Angie Martinez. “It’s been years now that we’ve separated, so I’ve dealt with the emotions behind it.”

La La, who shares 14-year-old son Kiyan with her estranged husband, said she still has her “moments,” but “for the most part, I can talk about it now and laugh about it and find the humor in it all.”

“Otherwise, I’d be a basket case,” she confessed. “I already went through that part.”

When La La filed, she cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their separation, but cheating rumors had been circulating around the couple for years.

In 2019, Carmelo was accused of being unfaithful when he was seen hanging out on a yacht with another woman on La La’s birthday.

The Los Angeles Lakers star claimed at the time the “other woman” was actually on the yacht with her husband and that they were all on a business retreat, not a sordid seaborne liaison.

“I wasn’t expecting it,” La La said Monday of Carmelo’s alleged infidelity. “Even a lawyer said once, ‘Well, he’s a basketball player—what did you expect?’ And I’m like, ‘To be honest, I didn’t expect that. I didn’t go into this marriage expecting that. So I was caught off guard.”

The former “Total Request Live” host said she has been able to heal with “time” by focusing on other passions like herself, her son and work. She also revealed she has gone to therapy.

“It would be hard,” she said of the sessions, “but I would come out feeling lighter and better … I was with him for 15 years, so that was hard.”

La La and Carmelo married in 2010. They separated in 2017, but then reconciled in 2018 before splitting for good.

La La said she recognizes how people can become jaded after going through a divorce, but she said she wants to “always stay positive.” However, she may not walk down the aisle ever again.

“Marriage, I don’t think I could ever do that again,” she told Martinez, 50. “It would have to be some amazing person, but I don’t know what God has in store for me. I’m just living and taking care of my son, and whatever’s supposed to be will be.”
