Lad fakes sharp beard by gluing hair onto face – and gives women ‘trust issues’

Altering your appearance is a common practice for many – whether that be a touch of mascara or dying their hair another colour.

But, this one bloke took things a little it further.

Influencer Dieg shared that he glues on hair to his face to create a beard instead of growing the facial fuzz naturally.

Since going viral on TikTok, the lad has now given some women 'trust issues' for making the beard look so realistic.

In the clip that racked up thousands of views, Dieg applied a black coloured glue onto his chin and lower part of his face.

He then took several pieces of hair and started to stick them onto his face.

One by one Dieg started to build up a thick beard with lots of volume and length.

Not wanting a Hagrid style facial hair, the influencer took some scissors and trimmed the tresses once he had applied them all.

Dieg then started to shave his glued on hair with a razor to shape the beard and make it less voluminous.

To finish the DIY beard, Dieg applied a darker pigment to his moustache to match the colour of the rest of his new fuzz.

Despite looking pleased with the result, some women admitted it has given them issues of trust towards men.

"Is it me or everyone having trust issues", TikTok user Enegl Jean declared in a separate video as she reacted to Dieg's beard gluing clip.

Many women seemed to agree.

One person commented: "Take him swimming on the first date."

Another blasted: "New ick unlocked."

While a third teased: "First date questions: Is your beard real?"

However, others felt like there was no difference to women having wigs and hair extensions.

One user defended: "Trust issues?? We put a whole wig, lashes, nails on."

A second voiced: "I mean we do hair extensions let them have their beard extensions hahaha."

Someone else said: "Girl we wear makeup it’s the same thing."
