A police report has been filed against Lindsie Chrisley after she allegedly threw a drink on one of her brother’s friends while at a bar in Atlanta over the weekend.
According to the report, obtained by TMZ, her brother Chase’s friend Austin Duriez claims the “Chrisley Knows Best” star, 31, for some “unexplained reason” threw a glass with a drink, which hit him in the head.
He claimed he told a bouncer, who then removed her from the bar around 1 a.m.
“Her brother is one of my close friends and I don’t even know her that well,” Duriez said in body cam footage obtained by TMZ. “Anytime I run into her, she goes crazy. It’s nothing personal with me, it’s about her family stuff.”
He also called her the “outcast” of the Chrisley family and claimed, “She hates her brother, so my association with him is causing her to lash out at me.”
Lindsie’s lawyers, meanwhile, told TMZ that she “may have gestured toward Austin as if to throw the drink,” but if any liquid landed on him it was “a tiny bit.” The lawyer then accused Duriez of “accosting” Lindsie and her group of friends, claiming at one point “one of her friends had to push him off her.”
Her attorney, Musa Ghanayem, also claimed to the outlet that Duriez was the one removed from the bar.
Ghanayem did not immediately return our request for comment.
This isn’t the first family drama for Lindsie.
In 2019, she denied having any involvement in her father, Todd Chrisley and her mother, Julie Chrisley’s alleged tax problems after they claimed Georgia’s tax investigator, Joshua Waites, got close to Lindsie to extract information about their financials.
Lindsie also claimed around the same time that her father attempted to extort her over an alleged sex tape of hers that her brother purchased.
