While we’re looking forward to getting to know a whole new group of Islanders next month when Love Island returns for its eighth series, we’re still a little bit obsessed with the 2021 contestants – especially Kaz Kamwi and her seriously inspo-worthy beauty looks.
Any Love Island fan will remember she went viral during her stay in the villa last year, thanks to her coordinated fashion and beauty looks. With every new bright outfit Kaz wore, she’d match her liquid eyeliner to it, prompting plenty of watchers to send out tweets asking where she bought her liners from.
“The way Kaz coordinates her eyeshadow / eyeliner with her outfit is fabulous and does not go unnoticed! I love it.” tweeted one watcher at the time.
Another wrote: “Kaz' eyeliner was unreal tonight pls give me those skills #LoveIsland”
Getting to the point, we’ve finally uncovered the eyeliner that Kaz swears by – and you can buy ten of them for the price of one mid-range product. We love a low-cost find.
“I do love a makeup splurge but there’s one thing I always use, my liquid eyeliner is £1 from Natural Collection in Boots [shop it here]. Everything else is a mix of luxe and bargain, it can vary,” Kaz tells OK! exclusively.
And on the subject of those incredible villa coordinated eye looks, Kaz says: “I think going in there [the villa] I always knew I loved playing with eyeshadow colours, and I’ve always matched my liner to my clothes.
“I do like a natural makeup look but, when I get the chance to, I do play with colour. The girls in the villa picked up on it quickly and said I always match my liner to my outfit. When I came out and people noticed I was like, ‘Wow, I really do do that a lot’.”
On the subject of bargain and speedy beauty, Kaz has a solution to reducing some of the time we spend hunting for affordable makeup in flattering shades: her new Revolution x Kaz Bundle,£30 here.
With everything from lip gloss and liner, to faux lashes and a double-ended eyeshadow wand, the bundle contains seven different products that have Kaz’s stamp of approval – worth £56 in total. If her makeup looks from her time on Love Island are anything to go by, we think it’ll fly off the shelves.
