Love Island’s Luke Trotman’s new romance from engagement to red carpet debut

Luke Trotman looked loved-up as he made his red carpet debut with new girlfriend Chelsea Menna on Monday 15 August at the House of The Dragon premier in London.

The former Love Island star, 25, who appeared on the winter edition of the ITV2 dating show in 2020, looked stylish in black suit and platform trainers while his girlfriend Chelsea opted for a strapless black gown and matching stilettos.

Luke, who came in second place on Love Island alongside his former girlfriend Siânnise Fudge, went public with his new romance in July when he shared a sweet snap of Chelsea on Instagram.

Chelsea is originally from Australia but now lives in London and she works as a journalist, according to her Instagram and LinkedIn profiles.

She and Luke, who is an ex-professional footballer for Darlington F.C., have reportedly been dating for a few months and things have moved very quickly for the pair.

It's been alleged that Luke has already popped the question to Chelsea and that they've already taken the plunge and moved in together.

Neither have confirmed or denied the reports of an engagement, but Chelsea was spotted sporting a huge diamond on her ring finger when she and Luke posed on the red carpet together on Monday.

"It was love at first sight with Luke and Chelsea," a source told MailOnline. "Their romance blossomed overnight into a serious relationship and although it's not been long, they both know they're the one for each other.

"Luke has made London feel like home for Chelsea who's from Australia and they're very happy together."

According to the publication, the pair now live together in Battersea and share two dogs named Nala and Tequila.

OK! has approached Luke's representative for further comment.

Chelsea and Luke have shared a handful of snaps together on Instagram over recent weeks, from romantic date nights and fun days out, and appear to be smitten with one another.

Luke's new romance comes after he split from girlfriend Siânnise, 28, less than a year ago. The pair moved in together after coming in second place on Love Island, but eventually decided to call it quits after dating for around two years.

Siânnise denied that she was dating again earlier this year, but recently she shared snaps of her new mystery man on social media, ultimately revealing that she's also moved on.

She gave fans a glimpse at her brand new beau after dropping hints about her secret romance for several weeks.

Posting a snap to her Instagram story of a topless and tattooed male – believed to be model Chris Beviere – lying across her lap, the 28 year old brunette beauty appeared to be a picture of loved-up bliss.
