Man branded real-life werewolf after ditching razor to embrace body hair

A man known as "Mr Teddybear" to his fans has so much thick hair that people say he's a real-life werewolf.

Now he's decided to embrace every hair on his body as he's ditched the razors and the wax and vowed to let his fuzz do its thing and defy society's beauty standards.

Even though he admits "humidity is not your friend" when you have a lot of hair, his fur coat may come in handy to keep him toasty as the winter months approach.

Even though he's now learnt to accept his look, life hasn't always been plain sailing for Mr Teddybear.

When he was 13 he started growing healthy hair but, since then, it's never stopped.

As he grew older, and hairier, he started to become ashamed of his hair – and previous partners were also cruel to him.

But, after doing some work to love himself more, he now stopped trying to rid the hair on his body.

He told LadBible: "I used to wax my body hair and get it all lasered off years ago when I was ashamed of it.

"But, thankfully, that never worked.

"I remember when I would shave it off, within three hours it was already growing back.

"Sadly, in the past, I have had exes who would shame me for my body hair, or passive-aggressively make me shave it.

"But never again. You either accept me as a werewolf, or you can go elsewhere."

Since he spoke out about his body hair, the reaction has been great, and many people have accepted his new look.

Many fans now follow Mr Teddybear on social media, and love the updates he posts about grooming and hair care.

Even though many people appear supportive, he still experiences the odd nasty comment now and then.

"I’m used to people's reactions at this point, sadly they're still shocked," he added.

"When I walk in a room and people see me wearing a tank top, which I'm not ashamed of, I will see someone point and say something about how I look.

"Most often, it just results in strangers asking if they can pet me like I'm an emotional support dog."

But, even so, he now takes all the comments in is stride, and he's branched out into making his own hair-care products.

He said he washes and conditions his hair twice a week, and also adds beard oil to his body hair to make sure it stays soft and smells nice.

Every two months he also uses relaxer, which helps his hair stay strong.
