McDonald's fans can get 30% off their order tomorrow – but there's a catch | The Sun

MCDONALD’S will be offering a tasty discount tomorrow – but there’s a catch.

You'll be able to get a 30% off any menu item, from a breakfast muffin to a Big Mac.

But in order to get the discount you'll need to place your order through the My McDonald’s app and get it delivered to your home through McDelivery.

A medium Big Mac meal usually costs £5.29 so with the 30% off it means you'll pay £3.70 -a saving of over £1.50.

A Sausage and Egg McMuffin meal usually retails at £3.99 but with the 30% discounted it will only be £1.19 – saving £2.80.

The cost of a meal can vary between each McDonald’s across the country, so the exact amount you pay – and how much you'll save – will depend on your local branch.

Keep in mind when ordering your food you'll have to pay delivery costs. This is around £3.99 but can vary depending on where you are.

We've asked if there's a minimum spend to get the deal and will update when we hear back.

You must order your food through the app between 12:01am and 11:59pm tomorrow, June 16.

You can also only apply the discount to one order, so choose your favourite goodies carefully.

This deal isn't available in McDonald's restaurants or via other delivery service apps such as Deliveroo or Uber Eats.

Some McDonald's restaurants are excluded from this deal. You can find a list of the excluded restaurants here.

The deal comes as the company celebrates the fifth birthday of its McDelivery service.

As well as the discount, McDonald’s have created four hotspots around the country, where customers can soak up the sunshine and enjoy a McDelivery al fresco with summer entertainment.

Each location has live music, lawn games and you’ll be able to take home a complimentary McDonald’s themed picnic blanket, whilst stock lasts.

The locations are in London, Liverpool, Brighton and Cardiff.

Those living in London will also be able to get hold of a FREE Tiramisu McFlurry at the hot spot located close to Southbank.

This new McFlurry contains dairy ice cream with chocolate flavoured biscuit pieces and a coffee flavoured sauce.

The temperatures are rising and ice cream is in our thoughts. If you can't bag a free McFlurry then take a look at the six ways you can get a free or cheap ice cream.
