A cup of tea might be a comforting delight – but the process isn’t exactly exciting.
Stephanie Millinger has found a whole new way to pour the stuff to make it more of a show – by using her feet.
The Austrian woman has become a record-breaking Instagram star showing the amazing positions she can get her body into.
This super-flexible athlete literally contorts and twists her body in seemingly impossible ways.
After a decade of constant practice and training, the 28-year-old has mastered her abilities.
She can now fold her body in half, easily fit herself into the overhead locker on a rain or plane as well as using her feet to pour a cup of tea for herself.
She had been cited as US comedian and podcaster Joe Rogan’s ‘favourite person to follow on Instagram’ and was a finalist on Germany’s got Talent.
Stephanie, from Salzburg, Austria, said: ‘I call myself a free solo artist and an extreme hand-balancer.
‘It’s all about training every damn day. You can’t afford to make mistakes. You always have to be 100% focused.
‘I get mixed reactions mostly. People either comment that the stuff that I do is stupid and I’m risking my life for clicks to people supporting me cause I do what I love.
‘I just want to show what I am able to do.’
Her bendy moves have helped her get a Guinness World Record.
On September 29 2020, she broke the record for the most consecutive L-sit straddle presses – moving from a mid-air splits position, balancing on her hands – to a handstand.
Using her upper body strength and flexibility, she managed 402.
