A model has opened up about her traumatic plastic surgery procedure which happened just days after she had implants.
After being dumped by her fiancé for being "too fat", Jen Atkin dropped 8st in her weight loss transformation.
The former Miss Great Britain model recently said it's "acceptable" to dump a partner who refuse to get into shape after weight gain.

Now she's hit headlines again, although this time it involves the pageant winner's bad experience when going under the knife.
Inspired by her favourite TV show, Love Island, the model paid £7,000 for a procedure at a UK clinic to alter her "floppy" breasts.
Using £5,000 from her savings and £2,000 from her credit card, she boosted her breasts from a 34C to a 34E.
The model wanted to look more like her favourite islanders and knew many who had undergone the surgery with no problems.
But the healing process took a major turn just days after the op.
She experienced terrible pains in her left breast when her implant "exploded".
Jen told The Sun: "My left boob had suffered a hematoma, which can happen up to 72 hours after surgery.
"Blood pooled in my breast and burst when the pressure built up."
'If your relationship fails don't just blame him – it's his mum's fault too'
Jen added: "My perfect Love Island boobs had exploded like a volcano.
"I wanted to feel sexy and sassy like the girls on the show, but it's taken me almost four years for the surgery scars to settle and heal.
"When I saw the confidence of the Love Island girls in their sexy bikinis I decided to use them partly as my inspiration.
"I spent hours re-watching Love Island and picked the girls from the show who I thought had perfect boobs.
"I took pictures and booked myself into a clinic in Manchester."
She recalls the traumatic aftermath of the surgery as she was rushed to hospital after waking up with blood covering her bandages.
Doctors told her she would need another boob job as the breast ruptured and implant fell out of the muscle socket.
Two months later, Jen underwent another boob job to fix the damage, but more complications occurred.
But despite the "horror show", Jen claimed the experience hasn't put her off watching her favourite show.
